Our Summer Olympic Way
Camps and Winter Olympic Way Program are learn-to-swim programs with the
emphasis on teaching the 4 strokes and building endurance. Many swimmers
join the Winter Competitive Program or Olympic Way program.
Note: For the enjoyment and success of your child in these camps please ensure that your child is capable of
swimming 15m and can responsibly follow the activities of the morning-long session.
Generally we accept children 5 to 12 years old.
This camp is also perfect for Winter Club swimmers that are in the Novice or
Junior groups. It helps maintain
their stroke development and fitness level.

Office Hours are Mon to Thurs 9:30am - 6:00pm [closed lunch hour] until the end of
June.
We are located on the pool deck at the Canada Games Pool - just past the
Lifeguard's Office.
A confirmation and information sheet will be mailed to you approximately
one week before the start of the camp.
It will provide details on what to send with your child.
Each camp day starts with swimming at 8:30 sharp, so your child(ren) should be in a swimsuit.
We suggest shorts, t-shirt, running shoes and hat for the time we will be outside.
Each day will feature a different program and the confirmation letter sent prior to the camp will let you know what to send.
Eg: watergun, white T-shirt for painting, etc.
The last day will be a MINI SWIM MEET . The camp will end with pizza and drinks and individual
report cards.
If your child is not able to eat pizza or certain drinks, please feel free to send an
alternate lunch.
Please be sure to send campers with Swimsuit, towel,shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, hat, Sunscreen, snack and drink.
