Swimming Natation Canada (SNC) is the heart of our competitive program.
Depending on age, ability and interest athletes can compete provincially, nationally and internationally.
There are seven training groups. Develop the character of champions with our competitive swim team!

CLUB FEES & TRAINING

FULL SEASON IS Mid SEPTEMBER to mid JUNE. Fees are subject to change.
$30 Team Apparel fee is collected in September for a Team T shirt and pair of shorts.
SNC Insurance fees are in addition to Club Fees - see below.
Training schedules are posted monthly and may be subject to change.
If an unforeseen event at the TCC results in a practice time being cancelled, an alternate swim time will be provided.  No credits will be issued.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Applies to Club Swim Fees Only; all SNC Insurance Fees due by September 30th.

Payment in Full: Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque (5% reduction for fees paid by cash or cheque) OR
Payment by 3 cheques Sept/Nov/Jan OR  Payment by the session.    Please contact the office for details.

SNC INSURANCE FEES - PROVINCIAL REGISTRATION

All competitive swimmers are registered with Swimming Canada (SNC) for insurance purposes.
This fee is in addition to Swim Club fees:
Ages 10 & under as of December 31st: $87.00
Provincial: $133.00
National level: $175.00

Registration Process:
A Swimming Canada [SNC] login email is sent to each family once they have paid their Swim Club Fees.
Each family has access to their family and swimmer information. It is important for each family to activate their SNC account as soon as they receive the login email. Failure to do so will prevent any meet participation, as the meet entry system with Swimming Canada is directly tied into the registration process.

FEE POLICIES

REFUND POLICY
There will be no refund on SNC Insurance Fees, other outside registration fees or Sessional Payment swimmers.
Refunds of Training Fees will be as follows (notification must be in writing by email or letter):
Before Oct. 15th  80%;   Before Oct. 31st  60%;  Before Nov. 30th  50%; Before Dec. 31st  40%

Refunds after Dec. 31st are only available with a medical certificate or if the swimmer moves out of the Kamloops area. These refunds will be as follows:
Before Jan. 31st  30%;  Before Feb. 28th  21%; After March 1st   0%

LATE REGISTRATION POLICY
If you register after Sept. 30th and pay in FULL, the annual fee will be divided by 10 and multiplied by the number of months remaining in the season plus the SNC Insurance Fee.

DISCOUNTS
Multiple swimmer discounts are available. Discounts apply to training fees only, not SNC insurance fees.
2nd swimmer pays 90% of training fees.
3rd swimmer pays 80% of training fees.
4th or more pays no training fees.

OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS
Swimmers whose accounts are over fifteen (15) days in arrears will receive a phone call from the Club office alerting them to the situation. Swimmers whose accounts are over thirty (30) days in arrears will be notified by a phone call and/or email from a Board member. The swimmer will NOT BE PERMITTED TO TRAIN OR ATTEND MEETS until the account is current.  Amended January 16, 2007 Board meeting.
